- Garden Seeds will ship within 1 to 3 days.
- Dehydrated Foods will ship within 3 to 7 days.
- Ready-made Meals will ship within 3 to 10 days.
- Emergency Kits, Water Storage and Emergency Supplies will ship within 3 to 10 days.
- Our shipping method is UPS Ground (garden seeds will ship via USPS).
- To ensure fastest delivery, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
- We don't ship outside the continental United States.
Exchanges or Returns:
If you receive a damaged item, please keep the original packing material and the outside carton and contact us
immediately. Any salable items are accepted for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Once you contact us, we'll give you an address to ship to and a return authorization number. Please repack the
merchandise and ship prepaid and insured to the address we give you. 18% restocking fee will apply on returned
merchandise.
