Shipping Policies:
Package should arrive within 3 to 10 days, except in rare cases of a backorder.
Our shipping method is UPS ground. We don't ship outside the United States.

Exchanges or Returns:
If you receive a damaged item, please keep the original packing material and the outside carton and contact us immediately. Any salable items are accepted for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Once you contact us, we'll give you an address to ship to and a return authorization number.
