Shipping Policy:
Package should arrive within 3 to 10 days, except in rare cases of a backorder.
Our shipping method is UPS ground. We don't ship outside the United States.
We ship via UPS which charges by the weight of the package. Please note that many of our emergency disaster kits,
emergency food, and emergency water supplies are quite heavy which increases the shipping costs.
Exchanges or Returns:
If you receive a damaged item, please keep the original packing material and the outside carton and contact us
immediately. Any salable items are accepted for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Once you contact us, we'll give you an address to ship to and a return authorization number. Please repack the
merchandise and ship prepaid and insured to the address we give you. 15% restocking fee will apply on returned
merchandise.
